Bar Manager, Sarah Gluckin, modified this classic to create the Plant Penicillin, a version that is vegan and emphasizes the powerful medicinal benefits of the ingredients, for a drink that doesn’t just give a buzz, but helps soothe the mind, body, and soul.
Gem&BOLT is distilled with a super herb Damiana which provides the rich smokiness the Penicillin is known for, along with its purity and heart opening properties, made it the ideal choice for the base spirit. Lemon and ginger are powerful detox agents that help cleanse and reduce inflammation. - 1 oz Lemon Juice
- .25 oz GINGER ???
- .5 Maple Syrup
- 1 oz Aquafaba
- 10 Drops CBD
- Combine all ingredients in shaker.
