The Marriage of Cocktail + Cure-All Remedy ~ A spirit elixir alchemized for Ecstatic Calm

CBD ~ Chamomile ~ Honey ~ Dreaminess

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz GEM&BOLT
• 1 oz Chamomile Honey Syrup (see recipe below)
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• CBD bitters or tincture (we love VERTE Essentials Restore Vital Oil)
• 2 egg whites (or aquafaba)

Chamomile Honey Syrup

• 1/2 cup raw honey
• 2-3 chamomile tea bags (or 2-3 tablespoons loose leaf)
• Place tea bags in 1/2 cup of boiling water for 5 minutes
• Remove tea bags (squeeze any excess water from bags into tea + discard)
• Add honey, stir to dissolve
• Cool syrup to room temperature (extra syrup will keep in fridge for about ~ 2 weeks)

Directions

• Combine all ingredients into a mixer & dry shake
• Add ice & shake vigorously
• Strain into a flute glass
• Top with 2-3 drops of CBD bitters
• Garnish with fresh or dried chamomile flowers
