LA CAMPIÑA

Summer wanes, Take a Drive through the Countryside

As the seasons change, we bid a farewell toast to the warmer months! made with Farm fresh peaches, sage and local honey, La Campiña is an ode to the fruits of summer.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz GEM&BOLT Mezcal
  • 2 oz Fresh Peach Juice or 1 LG Ripe Peache
  • 2 oz Sage & Honey Water (See Recipe Below)
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice

SAGE & HONEY WATER

  • 10 fresh Garden Sage Leafs (Cooking Sage)
  • 1 TBSP Local Honey
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • Bring Water to a boil, then add the sage and honey
  • Cover and Steep for 20 minutes
  • Strain and let cool

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients into shaker (If using fresh peach, add the peach with the other ingredients and muddle)
  • Add ICe & Shake Vigorously
  • Strain over Ice and Garnish with Sage Lea
