Summer wanes, Take a Drive through the Countryside
As the seasons change, we bid a farewell toast to the warmer months! made with Farm fresh peaches, sage and local honey, La Campiña is an ode to the fruits of summer.

Ingredients
- 2 oz GEM&BOLT Mezcal
- 2 oz Fresh Peach Juice or 1 LG Ripe Peache
- 2 oz Sage & Honey Water (See Recipe Below)
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
SAGE & HONEY WATER
- 10 fresh Garden Sage Leafs (Cooking Sage)
- 1 TBSP Local Honey
- 1 Cup of Water
- Bring Water to a boil, then add the sage and honey
- Cover and Steep for 20 minutes
- Strain and let cool
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into shaker (If using fresh peach, add the peach with the other ingredients and muddle)
- Add ICe & Shake Vigorously
- Strain over Ice and Garnish with Sage Lea
