Raise a glass to edible flowers, fresh citrus + herbs

INGREDIENTS

• 1.5 oz GEM&BOLT
  
• 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
• 1 oz organic agave syrup
• 1 kumquat (2-3 slices)
• 1 habanero pepper (1 thin slice with seeds removed – or to taste depending on desired spiciness)
• Cilantro, for garnish (we also like to meddle it into the mix)
• Edible flowers (nasturtiums, chamomile, pansies, rose hips, squash blossoms, and honeysuckles are among our favorite petal picks for summer)

Directions

• Build all ingredients in shaker with ice. SHAKE IT!
• Strain over ice into 8oz rocks glass or cocktail glass of choice
• Garnish with cilantro. SIP!
