  • peppercorn – antibacterial, anti-depressant, relieves cold and cough
  • vanilla bean – antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, calming, reduces stress & anxiety
  • juniper berry – antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, aids in digestion, heartburn, bloating and is also rich in vitamin C
  • elderberry – antioxidant, immune booster, supports heart health & pain relief

What You Need

  • GEM&BOLT 750ml Bottle
  • 1 bulb fennel
  • 1/3 cup artemisia (wormwood), dried or fresh
  • The peel of 1 banana
  • The peel of 1 mango
  • The peel of 1 orange (or any citrus)
  • Optional: cassia, cascarilla, licorice root, or any other various types of barks and roots
  • Optional: additional “Herbal Allies” from the above list

Directions

  1. Fill a large jar, glass jug or container with ingredients & GEM&BOLT. Seal with lid.
  2. Store in a dark, cool place for one or two weeks depending on strength desired. (Note: longer infusion time = more potent elixir.)
  3. Strain & return to glass bottle for ongoing storage.
  4. Sip on its own, over ice, or by the droplet in sparkling water or cocktails.
