What You Need
- GEM&BOLT 750ml Bottle
- 1 bulb fennel
- 1/3 cup artemisia (wormwood), dried or fresh
- The peel of 1 banana
- The peel of 1 mango
- The peel of 1 orange (or any citrus)
- Optional: cassia, cascarilla, licorice root, or any other various types of barks and roots
- Optional: additional “Herbal Allies” from the above list
Directions
- Fill a large jar, glass jug or container with ingredients & GEM&BOLT. Seal with lid.
- Store in a dark, cool place for one or two weeks depending on strength desired. (Note: longer infusion time = more potent elixir.)
- Strain & return to glass bottle for ongoing storage.
- Sip on its own, over ice, or by the droplet in sparkling water or cocktails.
